Thank you to the people who sent me that Maria Bustillos piece on Lester Bangs from the New Yorker a few weeks ago
I think it was earlhofert and jasontheexploder, but it might have been someone else, as well, in which case I’m sorry for leaving you out. Regardless, I was too busy with work when it came out to really give it the attention I wanted to give it, but I finally got around the reading it this week, and it was beautiful.
